At 9th Kart, we specialize in digital goods, including but not limited to source codes, eBooks, and software tools. Due to the nature of digital products, we follow a strict no-refund policy once a product is delivered and accessed.

🔄 Return & Refund Guidelines

1. No Refunds for Delivered Products
   Once a digital product has been delivered and accessed/downloaded by the customer, no refund will be provided. This includes:

   • Source code files

   • eBooks (PDF, ePub, etc.)

   • Software tools or digital assets

2. Eligibility for Refund A refund will only be considered under the following condition:

   • The product delivered is not as described or missing essential files or content as promised on the product page.

3. How to Request a Refund (If Eligible)
   If you believe your case qualifies for a refund:

   • Contact us within 3 days of your purchase.

   • Provide order details, a clear explanation, and any relevant evidence (e.g., screenshots or error messages).

   We’ll review your request and get back to you within 5-7 business days.

4. Unauthorized Purchases We do not offer refunds for unauthorized purchases made using your account. Please ensure your credentials are secure.

5. Duplicate Purchases If you accidentally purchase the same product more than once, contact us with proof. Duplicate purchases may be refunded after verification.

As digital goods are instantly accessible, all sales are final unless the item is proven to be defective or incomplete.
